Appreciate All Imperfections of Yourself

We should learn to accept imperfections of yourself. We are always eager to become a perfect person. However, we always say something wrong or do something wrong in life and we often blame ourselves, become depressed or anxious. We will even judge ourselves according to others’ expressions on faces. We tend to have some negative emotions when others doubt our own behaviors.


Pains are just pits we dig for ourselves. The deeper we dig, the more painful we will be and we will fall into trap of despair more easily.


We should learn to accept an imperfect self and admit that this is just some part of a whole body. We have to confront with various people and things everyday and it’s really hard for us to be perfect. We can only be stronger when we can learn to not to fight with ourselves.


We should learn to comfort ourselves.


Many times when we’re just comforting others, we will be more generous and sensible. However, we just will become more serious and picky about ourselves when confronting with problems of our own, making us fall into deep trap of more difficulties.


Since we can be gentle to our friends, why can’t we be gentle to ourselves?


Therefore, we need to learn to comfort ourselves rather than be critical, picky and controllable to ourselves. We should feel that there seem to be some friend in our heart who can embrace you when you are sad, encourage you when you are depressed and understand you when you are anxious.


Our life will be totally changed if we can persist on comforting ourselves. So let’s find balance between indulgence and self-discipline, to be a happier person.

Real happiness in life is to regain inner peace and harmony with others in any difficulties we encounter and we should continuously fight to realize our dreams.


Reviewing life of many successful persons in history and current times, it is easy for us to find that happiness of us mainly depends on our inner peace and harmonious relationship with others.


Development of modern medicine, neuroscience and psychology had provided effective scientific ways for us to learn to gain inner peace and harmonious relationship with others. Those two elements are not virtual concepts but they can be actually achieved as long as we just try hard to learn and practice.


Life isn’t actually so bad as you think. There’s no absolute goods or bads, joys or sorrows, sweetness or bitterness in life. Ups and downs are something necessary in our life and fortunes and misfortunes depend on each other in our life.


Inner peace and harmonious relationship with others are what we should strive hard to manage.
