For most yoga practicers, yoga looks like just gesture and the aims for most people to practice yoga are very simple because they are popular. Someone may feel very comfortable after practicing yoga and they can gain very good body shaping effect.
It’s said that yoga can make people peaceful and safe! Yes it indeed can. But they’re just parts of practicing yoga and the final aim for practicing yoga is to make people live in a peaceful, simple, natural and happy way.
Yoga has provided us with very good suggestions: we’d better to live a very slow life speed and experience our life. Yoga advises life ways as simple, healthy and happy. For us in real life, to wear environmentally friendly clothes, eat green and clean food, drive less, show more love is just a part suggested by Yoga in protecting our nature.
Yoga is the most ancient wisdom but it suits life of people in all ages. Except for practicing yoga to shape our body and life ways, life philosophies such as psychology and spirits are also involved in.
One’s life quality decides his life way. For example, sometimes we would find that we will always feel happiness in the time we do yoga and are self-disciplined in diet. Moreover, both our mind and body will feel happy and relaxed. However, one’s irregular diet and life way always make people tired.
For most people nowadays, they are just working endlessly and they fight for personal relationship and computer. They fight against their emotions and diseases. Some friends may even kid with me that “I am just too busy to breathe in air.” I just laugh at the beginning but I think it just like this way! We always ignore what we need the most and what we’re owning currently, just like we are urgently need fresh air and family members who really care us.
The most realistic reality is to “live to the current moment and feel the current moment.” When I was 20, I am just worrying about future and about my getting old. I begin to recall that moment I hardly experience. We live day by day without any unconsciousness.
Original definition of yoga is that it is connected with both our body and mind. However, in our real life, our body and mind often separate with each other. They made our life peaceful and steady. And it always remind us that force comes from being focused.
We need to learn to experience everyday currently to live a life with feeling. We need to feel the time for spring, summer, autumn and winter.
