Sensuous Message for Different Body Areas of Your Mate

Let’s now look at areas of the body where you can bring tension release and sensuous pleasure to your mate with massage. The illustrations include a variety of techniques, but use your creativity as you improvise and create your own sequences. You won't believe what this sensuous message and nurturing will do for your friendship and love life. As you conclude the massage on each area, gently caress that area and hold your hands there a few seconds to seal the nurturing of that part.


Back passage

1. Fan stroking. Begin with hands on lower back with thumbs on each side of the spinal cord. Apply firm pressure as you move upward and fan out to shoulders. Squeeze firmly and stroke down over your partner’s sides and back to the spinal column.

2.Kneading. Begin with the fleshy area of the lower right side and knead up and include the shoulder. Move over to the left shoulder and knead down the left side and work across the buttocks area and back to the right lower back.

3.Passive touching. Place hands over the kidneys as your partner feels warmth and tingling. Put one hand on the tailbone and the other on the spinal column under the shoulder blades and gently press. Position heels of hands next to spinal column and press. Work your way up to the neck—gently applying pressure every few inches. Leave hands over kidney area for a few seconds.

4.Pumnteling. Lightly begin pummeling with loose fists the fleshy area of the back on either side the spinal column and the enti shoulder area.

5.Circle stroking. Start with bi circle strokes on the upper and work your way down smaller circles as you thoroughly massage both left and right Remember to lightly caress rhe area and leave your on the middle of your mate's back for a moment to gently seal th nurturing.


Foot Massage

1.Stroking. Do one foot at a time. Grasp it firmly as you stroke it from ankle to heel and down the arch to the toes. Hold foot with both hands and do thumb strokes on back of the foot; stroke between the ten-dons and up over the arch and around the base of the ankle.

2.Toe massage. Grasp toes with your hand and wiggle and bend them. Massage each toe sepa-rately; gently squeeze and pull each toe. Hold the toes between hands and rub rapidly.

3.Passive touching. Grasp the ankle, and with the other hand, manipulate the foot; hold and apply pressure with thumbs at various points of the arch.


Leg Massage

4. Knuckling. Place one hand over the top of the foot and knuckle the arch from heel to toes. Gently caress and hold the foot a minute. Go to the other foot.

1.Stroking. Begin at the ankle, and using an alternating stroke, go up the sides of the left leg. Then repeat on the right leg. Now with one hand’s fingertips on the shin and the other grasping the calf, apply alternating friction stokes as you encir-cle and work up the calf and thigh.

2. Pummeling. With partner on stomach, begin pummeling the calf and work your way up to the thigh. Carefully work on the upper thighs and buttocks areas in a rapid motion.

3. Passive touching. Have partner lie on back and place one of your hands under the calf and the other palm on the thigh as you softly apply pressure on both. Lift the leg and manipulate the knee and the hip joint with lifting and rotating.

4. Thumb stroking. Grasp the knee with both hands and carefully massage with thumbs, using thumbs in small circle strokes to deeply massage. Try the same stroke on the upper thigh as you squeeze with hands, lightly caress the entire leg, and gently hold the calf and then the thigh for a moment.


Hand Massage

1.Thumb strofcing. Lock your little fingers under the thumb and little finger of your partner's hand and massage the palm from fingers to wrist thoroughly with your thumbs.

2. Finger massage. Grasp and stroke each finger as you also rotate and lightly pull. Take your index finger and thumb and rub at the base of each finger.

3.Passive touching. Holding your partner's arm just above the wrist, manipulate and bend each finger and the wrist. Then grasp the hand between your hands and press and release several times.

4.Thumb kneading. Focus on your partner's thumbs as you grasp and knead the fleshy palm and work your way up to the joints. Gently tug the thumb back. Conclude by caressing and holding your partner's hand between yours.


Abdomen Massage

1.Circle stroking. Start with circular stroking using the navel as the center point and gently sweep in larger clockwise circles around the entire abdomen area, lapping over the sides.

2.Kneading. Place yourself beside your partner. Start with the hip away from you and knead up the side to ribs, then work across the upper abdomen and down (the side closest to you) to the hip and knead across the lower abdomen. On areas with less flesh use fingers and thumb to knead in a lighter fashion.

3.Passive touching. Maneuver so you can place the heels of your hands on the hipbones with fingertips touching, and gently press on the abdomen. Reach under your partner’s back with your fingers meeting on the spine and gently press upward. Go back to the abdomen, then press gently and relax and press again.

4.Sequential stroking. One hand follows the other as you start stroking on the sides with long movements up over the navel to the other side. Change sides and repeat with a smooth rhythm. Conclude with caressing the abdominal area, placing hands softly on your mate’s stomach for a few seconds.


Chest and Neck Massage

1. Fan stroking. Position your-self behind your partner’s head and place hands below the collarbone. Press downward to the chest, then fan across the pectoral muscles to the shoulders and bring your fingers, with pressure, up the back of the shoulders and neck, then back to original position. Repeat.

2.Knuckling. Using a knuck-ling stroke, ripple the muscles of the chest and shoulders and the back of the shoulders and around the back of the neck.

3.Passive touching. Place the palms of your hands on the shoulders with your fingers under the shoulder blades, then press down. Release and press again. Gently hold the head by placing your hands at the base of the skull, and slowly, without jerking, apply traction by pulling away from the head/shoulders, then ro-tate while the neck is loose.

4.Alternate stroking. Begin al-ternate stroking on your part-ner's chest and work around to the shoulders and then to the back of the neck and shoul-ders. Conclude by caressing the entire area and resting your hands on your mate’s upper chest for a few seconds.


Face Massage

1.Stroking. Take your hands and softly stroke and cup the entire face—reaching under the jaw, over the cheeks, down the nose, and across the fore-head and eyes.

2.Stroking with fingertips. Do small circles with both hands, using your fingertips on the temples, jaw, base of skull, and carefully around the eyes and forehead.

3.Passive touching. With your hands cupping the face, gently press on temple areas. Rest fin-gertips on the eyes. Press on the forehead with one hand over the other.

4. Alternate stroking. Place hands on the cheeks and do alternate stroking as you loosen the mouth and stoke up into the hairline and down to the tip of the jaw. Conclude by caressing your mate’s face and gently cupping it be-tween your hands for a few seconds.
