Susan is a now taking several roles in her life. She has a job she love and a family she value so much. Stepping into marriage for a year, she had welcomed her new born baby and is busier than before. Last weekend she came to my city and share with me about her experience of nurturing her daughter, taking balance between her career and her family. What she strengthened is that a schedule could help a mother a lot.

Women nowadays are more and more engaged in businesses or career they’re fond of and they’re gaining more economic independence and making more contribution to our society. Family is also to them as it is where love originate in their life. They need bread to become independent themselves and suppor their family and they need love from their family to carry on their life step with more warmth and confidence. Time would be more precious when a woman become a mother.
Being single is being simple as you just need to take care of yourself and organize life of yourself well. But once you step into marriage, your time will have to be shared with your partner and some of your family members. When you have a kid, your time would be more precious. It isn’t easy to step into marriage especially your marriage is mainly completed by yourselves. But maybe it will just be the uneasiness you went through in getting into marriage that make you value your marriage life more. All your hardwork and bitterness will reward you to a certain degree some day sooner or later. Most of the preparation work for my marriage with Peter are finished by just both of us, which makes me value my marriage life more because I really feel it not easy to meet him and complete such a holy process with him.
A Schedule Helps A Mother A Lot
Susan shared her experience that being a new mother of a daughter brings her more happiness as well as hardness in nurturing such a cute creature. She hardly has a chance of going out by herself and this chance of going for her own business is scarce. She appreciated a lot that her mother could help taking care of her baby while she is on her work during the day. At the beginning, she just let it go but found that something would always gone wrong and some trouble may occur. Then she try to make a schedule for her daily life and she found that all goes on more smoothly than previous.
Keeping balance between marriage and carreer is not easy for women but many can make it. You can also make it as long as you try your best to organize your life and schedule your time well.
