In the case of written Correspondences which are often originated and then replied in different languages (thus requires prior translation), the translated version is provided through the service of translator engaged by the pertinent service provider but not by our individual member Sites. Similar reasoning applies to simultaneous verbal interpretation engaged in services such as Love Call.

That being the case, Myedate, its operating companies, directors, executives and staff cannot be held liable for loss / damages (if any) arising from the acts of those service providers in the provision of the Information and Correspondences.
