Did You Find Your Love Language?

There are five love languages, which you might have heard of:

1. Physical affection. This could involve sexual acts, but is not limited to it. A touch, a hug, a back rub .. those are all part of it.

2. Words of affirmation, like compliments, appreciation, or showing interest.

3. Bonding through activities, like doing something fun. Board games, projects, household chores, or just a crazy summer water fight. My wife and I, for instance, had a fun time painting these two paintings, which make our bedroom feel more like a paradise.

4.Thoughtful gifts, like hearts, meals, flowers, or something romantic. The message is more important than the gift itself, usually.

5. Acts of service. Taking time off of someone's hands and giving them more time to do what they want, is the best way for some people to experience more freedom and love you more.

Just try you best to find your own love languages and this will help you improve your marriage and change your life. You may feel those languages are so powerful.
